Plain-language version: we use what you send us to answer you, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, call, or email us, we receive what you choose to tell us: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your service address or city, and your description of the problem.

How we use it

To reply to you, schedule and carry out work, and keep the records a licensed contractor is expected to keep. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Website measurement

This site may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It records things like the pages viewed and the general area a visit comes from. It does not tell us who you are. You can block it with your browser’s privacy settings or an ad blocker and the site will work exactly the same.

Other services this site relies on

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. If we use a form-delivery service to carry contact form messages to our inbox, your message passes through that service on the way to us.

The home safety check

The safety checklist runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
